Subject of the science of Kabbalah

кабала

We continue the theme of Kabbalah with its principles. We begin with a description of the journey from an initial state of self-centered desire, to the highest level of selflessness, reflecting the nature of the Creator. We will come to explore the interaction between the Creator and creation, including the purpose and structure of existence, both physical and spiritual.

Concept

The basic concept is that the Creator's thought leads to desire and action, which Kabbalah seeks to understand. It seeks to explain the need for personal development that is in accordance with the light of the Creator. This helps self-cultivation and correction born of desire.

Laws

Kabbalah reveals the laws governing the universe, which are believed to be permanent and unchanging. These laws describe how everything originates from the Creator and evolves according to a certain order, ultimately aiming to achieve a state of oneness with the Creator.

Laws are of two types: general and private. The Total law presupposes that all humanity will ever conform to the will of the Creator, namely: taking the right path for each one of us and developing in a constructive direction. The private law shows that in each generation some individuals reach this understanding earlier than others.

The general design of the power proceeding from the Creator is this: all creatures are created according to certain laws of development, and will inevitably attain to the likeness of the Creator; they will merge in Him and attain their equality with Him. This is the general law of the universe.

Lack of spiritual purpose

Kabbalah sees a society in which most people do not actively seek this spiritual goal. Few, however, through their own efforts, can influence and help others. The ultimate goal is for all humanity to reach a state of perfection and oneness with the Creator. The point is that humanity's reformation depends on its willingness to reach the goal. If we look at humanity not from a kabbalistic view, but from a neutral, ordinary view, how many people will we see asking the question of the meaning of life? In the majority, this question boils down to simple concepts: there is no happiness in life unless there is money, power, honor, and similar goals.

The spiritual goal is a journey that the person has developed a genuine desire for spiritual growth. The process is long, gradual, and filled with knowledge and understanding of one's own nature and the nature of the universe.

In summary, Kabbalah teaches about the journey of self-cultivation toward a selfless, unified state with the Creator, guided by immutable spiritual laws. It requires personal effort, sincerity, and a deep understanding of the nature of the universe and one's own soul.
